The Vision: Revisited

God has used you. He has used you to change the landscape of a nation in desperate need. God has used in the past, and some of you consistently through the years, to free children from starvation and abandonment, to bring thousands to God’s Kingdom, to transform the fate of Uganda.

You sent us to the orphans, and you built houses. Now, you have built two orphan villages and extricated approximately 1,000 children from conditions of extreme poverty, starvation, disease, intolerance, and abandonment. You are leading today’s orphans towards becoming tomorrow’s leaders.

You have planted close to 1,000 churches across Uganda and East Africa and lead thousands to experience a passionate life in Christ. You have filled bellies and souls.

You have done all of this!

Thank you for allowing God to use you and us as conduits to channel your support and outreach. We are consistently humbled to be a part of seeing lives literally transformed.
A mere fifteen years ago, with a dream and a tent, we launched a vision for a church in our beloved country. Now, after so much time has passed and the face of the church and ministry has grown, our staff at Christian Life Church and Christian Life Ministries and I are still as passionate as always to reach out to the world and change the fate of his nation. Now, as we continue strategic growth, the vision is as strong as ever, though it has changed shape as God has led the ministry through the tide.

But, God is not done. He is not done with us, and he is not done with you! We have more ground to take on: figuratively and literally. The moment we all sit back and pat ourselves on the back for a job well done, Satan is on the move. We must not relent. We must continue to pursue our goals and dreams for a Uganda freed of poverty, for children freed of hunger and angst. We must revisit the vision daily to bring more and more people to God’s Kingdom in an effort to end the needless suffering of people at the hands of their own kind.

Because of Calvary,

Jackson Senyonga
