Phoenix AZ

Saturday I fly out to the Phoenix area to speak for the weekend both on Saturday and Sunday in multiple services. It will be one of those long but rewarding weekends of ministry. I will be addressing over 7000 people in all those weekend services put together. I know you have my back, I will be filling you in on how it went.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Praying for a ministry

Tomorrow I will be addressing a leadership team of a specific church, about 30 individuals to pray with them and seek God’s direction for the entire ministry. I will be praying for specific items and specific people individually.

Pastor Jackson Seyonga

Well needed rest

Today I am resting form all of the hard, but rewarding, work of speaking each night in Austin Texas and last night at The Oaks Fellowship. I am spending the day in the office, having a staff meeting, and catching up on my emails and other things on different fronts.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Concluding my 7 week series at The Oaks Fellowship

Last night concluded the seven week series of meetings that we have had at The Oaks Fellowship. I laid hands and prayed for everyone. God strengthened me to pray for all these many hundreds of people we prayed that God will seal every blessing he has been showering on us all these weeks. It was incredible.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Leaving Austin Texas

Tuesday night concluded our five services in Austin Texas. As at first we had a great time as we learned with God’s word with the power and presence of the holy spirit. The lord had his hands on everyone as we prayed for personal breakthroughs and transformations. We give all the glory and credit to the only one who is worthy, Jesus Christ.

The peak of Austin Texas

Tonight is the peak of meetings in Austin Texas. We expect nothing but the best of God. I will be praying for everyone in the building; asking God to give them a personal breakthrough. I know Christian Life church in uganda is praying with me but I need all of you to join in so God will be Glorified tonight.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

A visit from Uganda friends

In service last night I had a surprise guest from Uganda. One of the pastors from uganda and his wife who are both of our friends. They were in Austin Texas! During worship one of the church leaders tapped me and said, "Pastor Senyonga I am sorry to interrupt but I have some visitors who came to see you." What a pleasant surprise; apparently their friends had told them that there was a pastor preaching in our church named, "Jackson Senyonga" and they should come and have a listen. After church we went out and had a bite to eat and enjoyed fellowship.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

It is always good to pray for the less fortunate

Last night I challenged all the people whom GOd had healed to start giving healing prayers away. I called them to the front and asked them to pray for those who were still sick and healing. THey prayed and laid hands on the sick. What a sight!. This is the practical way of believers doing the work of the ministry. We have these principles implemented in our Christian Life Church in Uganda.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

People gave up their lives to the Lord

Last night among the things that stood out in the service was the instant healing of people's lives. Over forty people came forward to give glory to God for the divine healing in their bodies. They had witnessed the power of God's presence through prayer. About 15 people came forward to give their lives forward to God for the first time. One of them was even a Buddhist.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

The Church was packed out on monday night

Last night was one of those glorious nights. Though it was monday and parents and students were preparing for end of the year tests, people still came out to church. We filled up the first floor and balcony, and even had a few people sitting on the floors of the church. Fervent worship, desperate prayers, and God's word were spoken in power. It reminded me of our own church, Christian LIfe Church, in Uganda. What a night!

Praying for Austin

Tonight I’m trusting the Lord to take the evening meeting to another level. Though we don’t know how we will be able to accommodate the number of people, we are increasing our capacity so we are ready for whatever God is up to in this city. Tonight we will be praying for the felt needs of the city as well as those in attendance. I will be brining you up to speed on how God moved.

Transformation awaits Austin Texas

Today we expect nothing less than the best. As I write this blog I am a few minutes away from talking to a good group of Pastors in the city of Austin at a luncheon. I will be addressing transformation principles for the city and then we will get into a Q & A time. I believe that the city of Austin is poised for a great move of God, which literally can affect Texas and the World. I’m praying for greater unity among pastors and leaders and a strong desire among God’s people to pray for the city. I know you are praying with me.

Pastor Jackson Senyona

I love seeing a full altar call

The altar call was one that cannot be described; well I will try - we had people all over the altar, in the middle aisles and all over the side aisles on the walls. All the way from the front to the back through the back doors, all the way to the lobby area. We could not find enough space. God moved on people’s lives in an incredible way. Tears filled hundreds of faces, the church roared in fervent intercession. I can only simply say, God moved mightily.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Packing a church on a sunday night

The evening service was another incredible time. Despite the fact that the church does not have a regular Sunday night service, people packed out the house, both on the bottom floor and the balcony. The atmosphere was that of a great expectation.
Pastor Jackson Senyonga

To God be the Glory

What a fantastic weekend! I spoke twice in the morning and once in the evening in Austin, Tx. There was such an amazing response from people to God’s word. I was interrupted many times with this kind of enthusiastic response, especially in the 2nd service. It’s true that God’s people are ready; ready for him, and ready for new fire of God’s passion. There is not enough time to describe what I saw yesterday. We also had good number of people give their lives to the Lord in the 2nd service. To God be the Glory!!

A transformed country requires a transformed people

Transformation does not being in the city or nation. It starts with me, changed people change other people; Transformed lives transform others. I know we all like to see our nation changed, but before we can see that, God wants us to be the change we want to see in our country. Let it start with you today.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Last consecutive trip to The Oaks Fellowship

Wednesday I will be speaking one last time at The Oaks Fellowship. This will conclude my 7 week meeting we have held since March 18th. Each week we have witnessed an incredible increase of God’s spirit. One of the associate pastors told me that one individual walked up to him and thanked him, he also said he had grown in his faith for the Lord in the past five weeks more than he had in the past five years. Glory to God.

In the last six weeks of our weekly Wednesday services we have received numerous praise reports of changed lives, transformed marriages, healed bodies, and rededicated lives back to God. Imagine if this happened in every church every Wednesday or any day, each city in every denomination. America as a country CANNOT remain the same.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Luncheon in Austin Texas

Tomorrow I will be driving with my entire family to Austin Texas. I will be speaking in the morning and evening as well as Monday and Tuesday evenings. Monday I will be addressing pastors in the area at a luncheon. We expect to have a great turnout at the services and I know you’re praying for us and we greatly appreciate that.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

The Power of Intercession

Last night I spoke at the School of Discipleship in Arlington, TX. I spoke on the power of intercession (which is a prayer to God on behalf of another person) and how it ties with the national, regional, and city transformation. We had a good time of power and intercession.

Be more like a tree

Last night at The Oaks Fellowship we had a great time again in God’s Presence. I talked about all of us being trees that are planted by God for two reasons. Those are to dig deep in God and also to bear fruit through all of the seasons of the year or our lives. Tree’s are subject to the four seasons of life and weather you know. Trees always stay put, even in the drought; trees do not relocate, they only dig deeper to find those under streams. In this time of financial difficulty, I encourage you to shoot your roots deeper. Deepen your relationship with God in total trust that this too shall past. Its just a season, dig deep.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

You Can Change Lives if you want

All of these mission trips that I have spoken about in the past offer something special for someone from the United State. Going on a mission trip is for someone who wants to help and be a part of something big, out of the United States, and leaves you feeling good inside of your heart when you return. If you wish to be part of something like that, you can be. You can join us in prayer for all of the teams that are coming for the Ugandan host teams from our Christian Life Church in Kampala, Uganda. Also pray that we can do this next year.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Soccer Field being built

During this summer mission trip the U-Kids, one of our ministry partners and our friends, will be finishing the soccer field for all of our children. Now the children will have a real place to compete and have fun. The kids cannot wait for that to happen and we are excited to see what athletes we are raising!

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Water Well To Be Added

The next mission trip we take we are going to focus on is the upcoming water project. Even though the water system is running fine right now; we need to add another water well to ensure enough water is available when we enter the dry seasons. Our friends, from the U-Kids team will be doing this for us and we are very excited about it.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Mosquito Nets lead to Efficiency in our villages

Our mission teams from the United States who travel to Uganda will be buying and installing mosquito nets for our new 500 children who have been added to our cities. In the long run this will drastically cut down on the amount of sickness spreading by mosquitoes. In the long run, with less sick children, less money needs to be spent on medical bills, and we can allocate more money for other things that are also important.

Church and Family

Christian life church is always excited to have all students across the city attending boarding school. These students are primary, secondary, and college students who are unable to attend our services because they live on their school grounds. Still many other students are able to attend services because they don’t attend boarding schools. The ones that do are always excited be to reconnecting with their church family during this time. We trust it will be again another great time of family.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Pastors are always sharpening their skills

Christian life church pastors will be coming to services filled with spiritual programs at our orphan home during the school break. Please pray for wisdom so we can continue speaking into the future leaders of tomorrow. I want the orphans to answer to the call that God is setting out for them.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

The First School break is coming up in Uganda

This week the children in Uganda are starting their school holidays for several weeks. They will be staying at home all day, helping their moms with simple house duties, playing in our fields; also they will be attending spiritual programs to enhance their lives.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Learn how to overcome the obstacles in your life tonight

Tonight I will be speaking about living and overcoming life among many things that I will talk about. If you live near Red Oak, TX come and join us at The Oaks Fellowship for these powerful services. God is in the business of Transforming LIVES!

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Eventful night

Last night I spoke on the power of the Holy Spirit. It was great we had almost everyone come forward for a prayer. People cried out to God to renew their hunger for him and to fill them with his power.

Praying for Austin Texas to become something great for Uganda

I am praying a great deal about Austin Texas; being it is the capitol of Texas I know that there are great things in store for it. Some cities have the ability to impact nations or states. From cities we get decrees, ordinances, laws, principles that affect a whole lot of people. I am praying for something great!

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Austin Texas

This weekend I will be speaking in a great church in Austin TX. I will be driving out with my family on Saturday and we are looking forward to sightseeing in the capitol in this great country of Texas. My kids cannot wait!

Returning to The Oaks Fellowship once again

Tomorrow on Wednesday I will be speaking at The Oaks Fellowship again. If you have not come, I want you to make it out, if you have been coming I ask that you bring a friend this time. If you cannot make it out then pray for us. We expect any wonderful thing. For several weeks now God has been building a strong momentum for us. We thank God for this deep work in all his people.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Tonight is for the Holy Spirit

We want to allow god to deepen us in his love and give full sway of the holy spirit to fill us and to empower us just like he has done in Uganda, Africa.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

All I can say about last night is WOW!

Thirty plus people received a touch of healing last night. Despite the fact that it was a Monday night, the people turned out. I spoke on how people came to Jesus with a sense of expecting. They people had a standard belief that when accepting Jesus they will both hear Jesus speak and they will be healed of their sickness and they were not disappointed each time.

The Orphans and Widows life transformations after being taken under our wing

Pentecost Sunday

If you missed the airing of the show I will spend some time later this week to expand on some of these points that we spoke about.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

God is doing things all over

Our God is doing amazing things all over the world. We hear reports of divine interventions, out pouring of Gods spirit, and miracles in peoples’ lives. Our prayer is that all our friends and partners will experience that. All of us at Christian Life Ministries are trusting God to increase his wonders in all of us and in all of you.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Uganda Rally

In Uganda, Christian Life Church has maintained an outdoor rally to evangelize the community. Now, every Sunday evening the church sets out a public speaking system and people stream in to hear the gospel. For sure, the harvest is plentiful!

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

God sees us not just in today's light, but in our future's light also

Sunday evening I spoke on receiving a new name for yourself from the Lord. Indirectly we have called ourselves all sorts of names; these names are connected to our past or current issues and struggles of our lives. It’s easy to say to ourselves in the back of our minds “I am a loser” or “I am a procrastinator,” because that’s what we have done our whole lives. The truth is, God doesn’t use our current or past situations to see us. He uses our future destines and calls us more than conquerors.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Only Yourself and God can Dictate what You Are

Yesterday on Sunday morning I was speaking at a church on the importance of blessing yourself, home and everything you do. No one has “the last word” for you except yourself, or God. All people can criticize, or all can encourage you. Unless you lift yourself up, nothing will work. Not critic has the power over you, you have a define yourself.

Soccer Tryouts

Joshua tried out for soccer today at this school. He is really pumped about the whole thing. He was a little concerned as to whether he is going to make the team. He also just got braces put on and his teeth hurt and he has trouble eating. Since he’s not eating much lately he feels like it is bringing down his energy level. We will find out tonight if he makes the team.

Since we’ve had issues our technical team in Uganda has been sorting them out with our manufacturer in Italy. Praise God, I got a message from Uganda this morning, it is finally working! Though we have not been off air at all, this will enable us to send our programs from our studios instead of offsite.

Make a difference

You will never be able to make a difference until you are M.A.D. mindset. When was the last time you got mad about you, about your achievements or about your dreams. Until you get mad, you will never make a difference. So start thinking about your life and where you stand, what can you get M.A.D. about and what can you start working on in your life?

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Breakthrough

Breakthrough is not determined by the one standing in the way. Breakthrough is demanded by the one who is blocked! You will know that you are ready for breakthrough when everything inside of you cannot take another day without it. You have to wake up inside of yourself and realize you are in the wrong spot and are underachieving and living under your God given potential. You must raise a war cry and demand your freedom to perform at your full potential.
Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Running in Circles

We have stayed too long in the same place. It is time for us to break out to a new measure of increase that God has for us. The Children of Israel went in circles for 40 years, had they gone straight into the promise land it would have taken them just a few short days. One of the tactics of the enemy is to keep you going around in circles, sometimes you are close to achieving your destiny but not quite. Before you know it, you are only getting older and you are not transforming into what you hoped for.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Easter Sunday Celebration

Easter Sunday was powerful; there was no better way of celebrating the resurrection Sunday other than preaching about the power of the resurrection savior and the breakthrough that he brings to us. I spoke at Family Life Church and God empowered his people as well as encouraged them in their work with God.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Easter Sunday Celebrated, continued

I had a few African guests that attended the church after hearing that “Jackson Senyonga” would be speaking. Many people gave their life to the lord and had an enthusiastic response for prayer to lead to personal breakthrough. Glory be to God.

Easter in Uganda

Uganda is experience an Easter week outdoor rally. Daily the rally is growing stronger, crowds are building each night and God is saving and changing lives every minute. Please pray for a great harvest of souls in Uganda as well as everywhere God is present. Also pray that everyone will worship him during this time of remembrance of Christ’s Resurrection.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

This Easter, Remember Christ

This Easter as we recall what God did for us through his crucifixion, let us remember the reason why he was spread wide and hung high. This was done for both spreading his hands to the whole world and also pointing them up to our God whose throne is established in the highest place. We have a part to play in what we started at the Calvary, we too can spread our hands and touch the Lord’s world in his name.

Yesterday night, one word, WOW! Continued

When I gave the altar call for people to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit at The Oaks Fellowship, about 250+ people came forward, hungry and open! The ambitious crowd was populated by grandmothers, fathers, mothers, and their teenagers and children. Over 150 people received the feeling of God’s presence. They also felt empowered by the Holy Spirit to become effective in prayer and in their walk with the Lord. They also became witness to their faith.

After the services one of my host pastors said to me, “you know we don’t see this often around here, this is a phenomenon.”

I am humbled.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Yesterday night, one word, WOW. Continued

God did it again! Hungry hearts were filled and God’s people soaked in his presence in a way that was so amazing. My message at The Oaks Fellowship was two parts. I talked about having a God Given Super Sized Vision. This vision relates to our work, family and ministry and having a razor sharp focus on a strategic vision for execution. I told the audience, “Whatever you do not do, goes undone.” In other words, everytime you do not plan on doing, and do not carry out, you are missing an opportunity. I also spoke about the Holy Spirit and the need for us that relates to him and his power. The results were amazing.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Yesterday night, one word, WOW!

For those of you who do not know I have been speaking at The Oaks Fellowship for the past few weeks. Several Sunday morning services and about four Wednesday night services in a row and still continuing. Last night was one of those rare moments where the Heavens kissed the Earth.

Pray so we can pray

I need to update everyone on the prayer meeting I asked you to pray for last week. The first overnight prayer went very well, everyone stayed strong through the night. Our church was lucky enough to be part of the whole thing. We were one of the churches in a collection of churches who participated. We brought the countries needs before the Lord and it was glorious. I ask for more prayer of unity in the body of Christ and our nation. Thank you for your prayer support.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Return to the Oaks!

Tonight is a big night at The Oaks Fellowship. Remind all of your friends to come so we can have a record breaking amount of people. For the first time many will receive the feeling of the spirit and it will be amazing. For all of the felt needs of the people in the room, pray that god answers those needs. Ugandan School Breaks Explained

I asked you to pray for the Ugandan Students because they are having their first school break for the year. In Uganda the students do not have the summer off, instead they have 3 main breaks during the year.

The first is in April/June and it lasts about 3 weeks.

The second is in August/September and it lasts 3 weeks.

The last is in December/January, it lasts about 2 months.

The 2 month end of the year break is centered around Christmas and the New Year. Interestingly enough the U.S. summer school break was centered around the summer months of harvesting so the students could come home and spend their breaks in the fields. Yet, Christianity was brought to Africa later and their “summer like” break is centered around a Christian Holiday.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Pray for the Families of Uganda as they reach their first break from school

Pray for the students in Uganda who are about to have their first school break of the year. Also pray for the mothers of these children. During the school break the mothers will work the hardest, it will be a 24/7 job. Imagine having 12 children, with no tv, no six flags to take them to, and minimal entertainment. The energy you would need to keep up with the kids, please pray for the children and their mothers.

Mini Gospel in Uganda

I had an exciting conversation with some pastors from Uganda. We spoke about Easter Weekend. They are going to have a mini gospel rally outside of the Church. It started last Sunday, and could possibly last several weeks. Today, lots of people are coming to the lord, excitement is high for Easter Weekend, please pray with us.

Passed Note Continuted

She mentioned that though she was going through a rough time financially, she still will not cut back on her support. I call that a Kingdom minded Christian with a faith-based walk with God. God bless human beings with this willpower and mentality.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Passed Note

Today I received a note passed to me by our accounting department. This woman of God from New York was persevering in the spirit of giving and also prayer. She was asking for prayer for her son as well as declaring her trust in the God of her supply.

Pastor Jackson Senyonga

Trust

According to google.com, you can define trust as

Having confidence or faith in

This is exactly what we owe to our Lord. When our lives become rough, the best thing we can do is put our trust into God. We can trust that what ever we are going through will shape us and we can trust God is in control. We must trust him, his sufficiency is far greater then our most important needs.

Financial Stress

Normally when some of us get stressed financially we cut back on our expenditure. In some cases the money that is usually given to God is the first cut expenditure. A lot of people choose not to give to God’s work and some give less. The best time to prove that you trust God to pull you through the drought times is when you declare the dependency on him by honoring his word and continue to support his work.

Pastor Jackson Senyona

Dry Seasons

In such a dry season, it’s easy to watch the news and conclude that the sky is about to fall. In my recent interaction with various people, it is encouraging to know that more people are not giving up on their finances in such a stressful time. People are choosing to trust the Lord not only to help them service but also to empower them to thrive.

God is a great Netwoker!

Something is happening in Texas, the hunger of God’s people is rising, and I think the desperation for more of God is taking route across the churches. The remnant of the sold out Christians is growing in numbers when I look at the response to God’s work across our meetings. People are now beginning to be more open to being challenged while others want their toes stepped on. That is a sign that the body of Christ is willing to take out all of the stops and go all the way for God. I hope everyone will be included in this Christ minded group of people.

Part of this is because God is a networker and I have seen him bringing people from all streams of life. He brings them into our lives recently I have been meeting and sharing with influential spiritual leaders, business leaders and possible strategic partners in the last number of weeks. I am sensing that God is introducing a ministry to the people that we have been praying for and have been doing so for a very long time. Some people do not want anything, but he still extends his kingdom around the world. I’ve seen more people recently that would like to come to Uganda and be part of what God is doing there just in the last few weeks, it is more than I have seen for quite a while. Indeed God is a networker.
