College Students Raise Awareness of Situations in Uganda

LeHigh University has just welcomed a new club to campus, Schools 4 Schools. Schools 4 Schools, run by young volunteers, is putting on an event to raise awareness of the rough conditions that people in Uganda face, including hunger, displacement, and general financial hardship. The event will include simulations, a movie, personal stories, and information on how students can get involved.

I just thought this was a great example of how anyone can make a difference, just by committing themselves to become advocates of a cause. These college students, as young as they are, are making a difference by raising awareness! Consider becoming a personal advocate within your community for our orphans.
