I found this article, and it makes me happy to see that Uganda is concentrating on technical education for its people. The people of Uganda show an overwhelming yearning for learning (wow! I rhyme!), and it is refreshing to see that the government is also trying to give Ugandans abundant resources to do so. Enjoy the reading.
