The AIDS Information Centre in Uganda has just begun its plan to offer all people in Uganda free HIV/AIDS testing and counseling! The Centre hopes that within the next five years, they will be able to offer this service to all people in Uganda! I am so happy to see things like this happening in this country! It is all such a blessing!
