Uganda just released its new budget just a couple of days ago for 2009/2010! This budget details how the president and government will implement taxes, what will be taxed, and establishing new thriving, businesses in the economy that are backed by the government. People in Uganda hold on to their seats all year long for this budget to be released! We trusted in our leaders to again make great decisions and that is indeed what they have done!
